Rev Owusu Bempah Again… Another NPP ‘Big Man’ Would Die!!

Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah, General Overseer of the Glorious Way Chapel, has warned that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is about to be hit by the death of a prominent member and that the news would be greater than the recent passing away of the party’s former National Chairman, Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey.

“I am not a prophet of doom but if the NPP sit down and don’t pray harder, they will witness another death which is far greater than the death of Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey. This is what God revealed to me last year December 31, 2015 and if they like they should not pray and watch out,” the intriguing prophet told Okay FM.

The renowned prophet did not mention the exact prominent member on whose head the supposed death hung.

Rev Owusu Bempah said the death of the former NPP National Chair was part of the thirty-five (mostly scary) prophecies he said would befall Ghana if fervent prayers were not said.

Indeed, barely three months after Owusu Bempah’s predictions, some of those predictions have started unfolding but it is not certain whether the happenings are purely coincidental or fulfilments of the revelations of God.

According to the controversial prophet, the scary prophecies could be avoided by fervent prayers backed by faith but they are unavoidable if nothing is done about them.

Though many have labelled him a prophet of doom who only foresees tragedy, Owusu Bempah has said he will continue to make public what God tells him regardless of whether they are positive or negative.

During the 2015 December 31 watch night of the Glorious Way Chapel, Rev Owusu Bempah, during his annual New Year prophecies, said among other predictions that a popular and prominent police officer would die, there would be fire outbreaks in people’s homes, shops and market places, deaths of Members of Parliament and that a radio presenter would say something that would create confusion.

Barely three months after the predictions, the country has witnessed several fire outbreaks in homes, shops and market places, a prominent police officer who was even a Regional Commander is dead, a Member of Parliament has been murdered and indeed a popular female radio presenter said something on radio that sparked a huge confusion which even compelled the National Media Commission to issue a statement and call for cease fire.

Owusu Bempah, during his prophecies, said that the Ashanti Region would be clad in funeral cloths, the NPP would have two great funerals, the year’s election date would change, there would be an earthquake in Ghana and that there would be a plane crash involving the Black Stars.

.
Indeed, the Ashanti Kingdom has this year announced a prominent royal death, the NPP has two great funerals pending and the election date has indeed been changed.

The apparent coincidence of these happenings with the predictions of Owusu Bempah has raised fears that the other scary predictions he made might come to pass.

Indeed, he had predicted a possible passing away of the country’s president, a coup d’état in Ghana and the killing of virgins for ritual purposes.

Critics of Owusu Bempah have however argued that the nature of the predictions have been largely general and border on things that are bound to happen whether or not they are predicted by someone.
