YEA DELETES 16,839 GHOSTS NAMES FROM PAYROLL. The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has deleted a total of 16,839 ghost names from its payroll. It followed an audit of the roll that showed that the said names had been added fraudulently and costing the GH¢20million.
